Beloved son of Richard and Betty Gienger.
Jay passed away at the age of 57 after a brief bout with cancer.
He lived in Portland where he was actively involved with real estate.
Jay left behind his mother, Betty, three sisters,
Julie Gienger, Jill Doyle, and Jodee Manovill,
as well as his niece, Emily, and his two nephews, Parker and Michael.
Jay was born in Tillamook, Oregon and graduated from Oregon State University, and PSU grad school.
